The infamous game we all enjoyed on not only the Xbox 360 and PS3 but also PS4 and Xbox One as well has moved into another platform. GTA V will be coming to PC March 24th, looking better than ever.

GTA V for PC pushes the city of Los Santos and Blaine County to even greater levels of detail, running at 1080p and 60fps with up to 4K resolution and support for up to triple monitor configurations. GTA V for PC also includes the new Rockstar Editor. This new addition gives players a full suite of editing tools to create and publish game play clips directly to both Social Club and YouTube.

Many students are excited for this new platform since they enjoy playing in any type of console. Some even have some things they wish were added.

Senior Marcos Cifuentes stated, ”I hope they include many mods like they do for many other PC games to make things interesting.” This is majorly what many students are actually hoping for when the PC version comes out.

With new details of this new experience also come new events. With the release of the PC version of GTA V comes the new edition of the Online Heists, provided for the PC world as well. This new event is nothing like your ordinary missions you actually do online. These heists are more like robbing banks and planning ahead on how to the job, like the in story jobs where you plan how you are going to do the robbery. Although the event seems to sound good, not many students actually think it is going to be fun.

“Waiting so long then regretting it because it might suck.” proclaimed Seniors Marco Cifuentes and Alexis Ayala when asked this question. Only time will tell as this event draws near.

For many gamers, this is actually a nice change to see such a game be released on a new platform. For others, it might be a problem. But all we know is that this should be a great release and a new experience for PC gamers to actually try. So do not forget to get your copy of GTA V for the PC on March 24th and relive Los Santos like never before.
