FIGHT! Mortal Kombat is an intense fighting game that brings out the inner fighter within a person. Whether it is using the striking fighter Johnny Cage or the fan favorite teleporting master, Scorpion, this game is well known and loved to many gamers in the world.

Mortal Kombat X, released April 14th for $65, is the newest game in the franchise. For the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, and PS4, this game shifted what many people have seen in a Mortal Kombat game.

Not only is it more digital and realistic, it also come with new features to it, as well as new characters such as the daughter of Johnny Cage and Sonia Blade, Cassie Cage, and also Kotal Khan, who is not a descendant of Shoa Khan in case many are wondering.

With new characters like these, there are also options you can choose before you take your character into battle. There will be three different fighting styles from which to choose from once you have selected your character.

“My favorite character would have to be Jax because of his fighting style and he is a really strong character to use,” states junior Jimmy Salguero once he had a couple of matches in with this buff, strong character.

There are also new fascinating features including using your environment as either weapons or some even to move further away from your enemies, just like in the infamous game Injustice: Gods Among Us. This is a new edition that many people did not expect to be seen in a Mortal Kombat game. For a new Mortal Kombat game, there truly are a lot of new aspects that can make some gamers happy.

“I never knew using the environment would be helpful in earning me some victories against some of my friends. I am astounded by this new feature,” exclaimed sophomore Miguel Ramirez once he witnessed the game first hand. Mortal Kombat X has made an impact on new gaming movements and features for the Mortal Kombat series. This game is 10/10 would buy and you will not regret buying this game.
